Green Ideas event in Guatemala

AGEXPORT developed the event "Green Ideas" in Guatemala, within the framework of the AL-INVEST Verde Programme and as part of the actions of Component 1, an initiative that brought together various institutions that seek to generate environmental solutions for the exchange of good practices and the implementation of actions that promote sustainability.

Productivity+Sustainability. The green transition on the move

The AL-INVEST Verde programme, through its private sector support component - Component1 - plays a crucial role in the transformation of the productive sectors, facilitating the green transition towards more sustainable practices and promoting efficiency, innovation and respect for the environment.

The results achieved are not just figures, but reflect the real commitment of all the actors involved in the promotion of key initiatives that have been strengthening more than 47,000 SMEs in the Latin American region.

Green Route

As part of the Component 1 Action of the AL-INVEST Verde Programme, the project will Green Routeimplemented by the Argentine Industrial Union, has been offering comprehensive services so that the country's small enterprises can move towards more sustainable, safe and competitive production processes.

Diagnostics, improvement plans, access to certifications, digital tools and articulation spaces have been part of this proposal designed to strengthen the Argentinean productive sector.

Sustainable coffee in the Peruvian jungle

Ensuring economic growth and the generation of jobs that preserve nature and reduce the effects of climate change is the objective of the project coordinated and implemented by Desconcentro in the Oxapampa Biosphere Reserve.

This initiative seeks to promote clean technologies and innovative initiatives, articulating joint and concerted efforts to facilitate the transition to a green and circular economy model. In this way, the integral and sustainable development of coffee-producing families and communities in this unique region of Peru is strengthened.

Webinar: Sustainable Fashion

In the framework of the Programme, Eurochambres - member of the Component 1 Implementing Consortium - organised a webinar on trends in textiles and sustainable fashion. The event was attended by 107 participants, including business support organisations, MSMEs and service providers.
