Implementation of the Selo Verde platform in Acre
Together with the Government of the State of Acre, through the Secretariat of Environment (SEMA-AC), and the Territorial Intelligence Centre (CIT) of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), the implementation of the Selo Verde platform is being supported as a public traceability system for soy, beef and forest products. Located in the Brazilian Amazon, the state of Acre has a population of approximately 830,000 people and is recognised for its biodiversity and pioneering forest conservation policies, such as payments for ecosystem protection services, among others.

Implementation period: January - August 2025.
