Paraguay launches RETSA PY, a socio-environmental traceability system for meat and leather supported by the EU
The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIC) of Paraguay officially presented the RETSA PY System (Registro de Establecimientos con Trazabilidad Socioambiental), a tool for the socio-environmental traceability of meat and leather supported by AL-INVEST Verde, financed by the European Union, through the Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Paraguay.

In 2025, AL-INVEST Verde organised its annual CONEXIÓNVerde+ event in Medellín, Colombia. Women from Colombia, Ecuador and Paraguay, among others, participated in the panel “Sustainable Roots: the voice of the protagonists” and highlighted the role of women in the coffee, cocoa and silk value chains to achieve sustainable production.
AL-INVEST Verde organised its annual event 1TP7CONNECTIONGreen+ from 6 to 10 October 2025 in Medellín (Colombia). The event helped to strengthen knowledge sharing, generate synergies, consolidate inter-institutional relationships and highlight the impact of the programme's initiatives.
