Component 3 of the programme, AL-INVEST Verde DPI, in partnership with the National Directorate of Intellectual Property of Paraguay (DINAPI), organises a meeting to discuss the launch of the first edition of the AL-INVmentor mentoring programme in Paraguay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AL-INVmentor Paraguay is part of the first edition of the mentoring programme, focused on MERCOSUR countries. This initiative will provide specialised mentoring to selected groups of local agri-food producers, helping them to effectively use intellectual property tools, in particular geographical indications (GIs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event is aimed at representatives of national authorities, such as ministries and secretariats related to tourism, as well as producers of origin-linked products in Paraguay. Speakers will include the National Director of DINAPI, the Component 3 project manager for intellectual property rights, and a representative of the Paraguayan Vice-Ministry representing small agricultural producers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
