The event is organised by Component 3 for Intellectual Property Rights, implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), in close collaboration with the national IP offices (IPOs) of the MERCOSUR countries and Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main topic of this session is the development, implementation, maintenance and governance of the Guidelines for the examination of trademarks. The objectives include improving intellectual property management in Latin America and contributing to the improvement of operational excellence in the core processes of IPOs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
