development of innovative business lines for European gastronomy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <em>foodtech<\/em> are companies and initiatives that leverage technologies such as big data or artificial intelligence to transform the agri-food industry into a more modern, sustainable and efficient sector at all stages, from food processing to distribution and consumption.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project proposes the development of a model <em>foodtech<\/em> sustainable internationalisation of small Colombian agricultural units
