Promoting that MSMEs and producer organisations apply technical competencies (capacities, abilities, skills and habits) in their internal processes and business management. Moving towards a triple-impact economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its realisation will be oriented through four integral moments: innovation of green business services (1); which will be provided with incentives for digital transformation (2); new models of green entrepreneurship will be promoted (3); as well as competence development and business management\/finance\/policy advocacy (4). All of these are linked in a continuous, integrated and results-oriented process.
