This joint work reflects the strong strategic partnership between the two institutions and their commitment to technical strengthening and cooperation on intellectual property for the benefit of users.<\/p><p><strong>Access the Guidelines <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gub.uy\/ministerio-industria-energia-mineria\/sites\/ministerio-industria-energia-mineria\/files\/documentos\/noticias\/Circular%20N%C2%B0%2016%20y%20Guia%20de%20Examen%20y%20Procedimientos%202024.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p><p>EUIPO brings to this initiative its extensive experience in the drafting of the <a href=\"https:\/\/guidelines.euipo.europa.eu\/2214313\/2199807\/directrices-sobre-marcas\/1-introduccion\">Guidelines for the examination of EU trade marks<\/a>updated on an annual basis.
