This development is a decisive step towards improving the accessibility, consistency and predictability of trademark registration procedures in the country.<\/p><p data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"1242\">The creation of these guidelines was possible thanks to the technical support given by the EUIPO through AL-INVEST Verde IPR, aimed at promoting international best practices in intellectual property and strengthening institutional capacities. The support provided allowed DINAPI to develop the document based on Paraguayan legislation, as well as international references, including the EUIPO's own guidelines for the examination of European Union trademarks.<\/p><p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1692\">The main objective of this work was to strengthen transparency and legal certainty in examination practices, benefiting both right holders and legal practitioners in Paraguay and abroad.
