This event, jointly organised by the <a href=\"https:\/\/internationalipcooperation.eu\/en\/alinvest-pi\">Component 3<\/a>the Intellectual Property Directorate of the Supreme Court of Paraguay and the National Directorate of Intellectual Property of Paraguay (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinapi.gov.py\/portal\/v3\/?url=\/\">DINAPI<\/a>), with the collaboration of INTA (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inta.org\/\">International Trademark Association<\/a>), aims to provide the participants with a <strong>comprehensive and practical perspective on trademark protection and combating infringements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During <strong>two days<\/strong>, highlighted <strong>international experts <\/strong>will address a range of issues related to the <strong>trade mark infringements<\/strong>. The seminar will focus on the international context of these offences, the normative framework in the <strong>European Union, MERCOSUR<\/strong> and <strong>Chile<\/strong>The report also includes specific case studies, experiences and best practices in case resolution, as well as tools for the identification and analysis of these infringements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event will be attended by magistrates from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and the European Union, who will present reviews of <strong>relevant cases <\/strong>on trade mark infringement corresponding to the case law of their respective countries. This variety of perspectives will enrich the discussions and promote the exchange of knowledge among the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Component 3, the Directorate of Intellectual Property of the Supreme Court of Paraguay and the National Directorate of Intellectual Property of Paraguay (DINAPI) are working together to <strong>promoting trademark protection and strengthening the judicial system in the fight against infringements<\/strong>.
