EPO expert Alexander Klenner-Bajaja provided valuable insights into how AI can revolutionise the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The session also allowed experts from the Intellectual Property Offices of MERCOSUR, Chile and Mexico to discuss current applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied to patent examination and to present their AI-based initiatives and projects.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thank all the participants of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/inpi\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">INPI Brazil<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.argentina.gob.ar\/inpi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">INPI Argentina<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inapi.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">INAPI Chile<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinapi.gov.py\/portal\/v3\/?url=\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DINAPI Paraguay<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/impi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IMPI Mexico<\/a>, y&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gub.uy\/ministerio-industria-energia-mineria\/marcas-patentes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DNPI Uruguay<\/a>&nbsp;for their contribution and for enriching the dialogue on Intellectual Property and new technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The EUIPO remains committed to the use of innovative technologies to improve efficiency and quality in the field of Intellectual Property.
