El Componente 3 del programa, AL-INVEST Verde DPI<\/a>, busca lograr un mayor uso y eficacia de los Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual (DPI) en Am\u00e9rica Latina, particularmente en los pa\u00edses del MERCOSUR. AL-INVEST Verde dpi <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La Propiedad Intelectual (PI) es un incentivo esencial para la creatividad y la innovaci\u00f3n. Esto incluye la innovaci\u00f3n verde, lo que la hace fundamental para promover la biodiversidad, la pol\u00edtica alimentaria sostenible, la econom\u00eda circular y la lucha contra la contaminaci\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, la PI tiene un papel fundamental en la promoci\u00f3n de los objetivos del Pacto Verde Europeo (EGD). Adem\u00e1s, el buen funcionamiento de los sistemas de PI -que brindan el marco para las transacciones en torno a desarrollos creativos y tecnol\u00f3gicos- es esencial para la creaci\u00f3n de alianzas industriales, que son fundamentales para alcanzar objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos como los incluidos en el EGD.<\/p>

El Componente 3, con un presupuesto de 2,8 millones de euros, tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de tres a\u00f1os, durante los cuales un equipo de siete personas ubicado en Montevideo, Uruguay y Alicante (Espa\u00f1a) trabajar\u00e1 en tres \u00e1reas principales:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Contribuci\u00f3n a un Sector Productivo Innovador, Sostenible y competente en materia de DPI<\/strong>, mejorando las capacidades del sector productivo, en particular de las pymes, del sector cient\u00edfico-acad\u00e9mico, tecnol\u00f3gico y agropecuario en cuenta a la gesti\u00f3n de los DPI para obtener valor de la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Creaci\u00f3n de redes de DPI y impulsar la internacionalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. El prop\u00f3sito es desarrollar redes interinstitucionales y transnacionales de actores para facilitar la adopci\u00f3n de las mejores pr\u00e1cticas en materia de propiedad intelectual para promover la innovaci\u00f3n y la creaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica. As\u00ed como alinear las leyes de propiedad intelectual con est\u00e1ndares internacionales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Esta iniciativa viene siendo implementada por la Oficina de Propiedad Intelectual de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong> (EUIPO<\/a>), agencia descentralizada de la UE, especializada en propiedad intelectual.<\/p>

    La EUIPO trabaja tanto a nivel de la Uni\u00f3n Europea como a nivel internacional para lograr que las instituciones y organizaciones de PI sean m\u00e1s accesibles y eficientes. En este esfuerzo, cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n privilegiada de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea en relaci\u00f3n con los proyectos de cooperaci\u00f3n en materia de PI en diversas regiones<\/a>, trabajando con el fin de mejorar los sistemas PI y desarrollar redes de colaboraci\u00f3n en todo el mundo.<\/p>

    AL-INVEST Verde DPI est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para ser coherente con la pol\u00edtica comercial de la UE, centr\u00e1ndose en mantener la PI en l\u00ednea con una pol\u00edtica comercial abierta y sostenible, para contribuir a la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica mediante el apoyo a las transformaciones verdes y digitales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
