Esta actividad marc\u00f3 el cierre de la asistencia t\u00e9cnica que AL-INVEST Verde ha brindado a Odepa con el objetivo de impulsar la adaptaci\u00f3n al <a href=\"https:\/\/alinvest-verde.eu\/es_es\/eudr-reglamento-europeo-sobre-productos-libres-de-deforestacion\/\">EUDR<\/a> de las dos cadenas de valor nacionales afectadas por la normativa: la carne bovina y los productos forestales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El encuentro reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 50 representantes del sector p\u00fablico-privado nacional y represent\u00f3 un hito al dar a conocer el primer diagn\u00f3stico t\u00e9cnico sobre las brechas y desaf\u00edos que enfrentan las cadenas bovina y forestal en Chile frente a los requisitos del Reglamento EUDR, que comenzar\u00e1 a aplicarse a grandes y medianos operadores a partir del 30 de diciembre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la apertura del evento, la directora nacional de Odepa, <strong>Andrea Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, valor\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n del estudio como \u201cla primera iniciativa de car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico en nuestro pa\u00eds orientada a abordar en profundidad los desaf\u00edos que implica este reglamento europeo\u201d y destac\u00f3 que <em>\u201c<\/em>los resultados presentados son un insumo clave para continuar construyendo capacidades, coordinar esfuerzos p\u00fablico-privados y asegurar que nuestros exportadores puedan adaptarse de manera oportuna\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso del Ministerio de Agricultura de seguir trabajando junto a la Uni\u00f3n Europea en esta materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, <strong>Assunta Testa<\/strong>, agregada de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional de la Delegaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea en Chile, recalc\u00f3 que <em>\u201c<\/em>la cooperaci\u00f3n con Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe y con socios como Chile es prioritaria para la UE, especialmente en temas de sostenibilidad y comercio responsable. Este tipo de estudios son esenciales para avanzar en una transici\u00f3n verde justa y efectiva<em>\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el programa AL-INVEST Verde, <strong>Emilio Calvo<\/strong>, director del Componente 2, subray\u00f3 que <em>\u201c<\/em>uno de los pilares de este programa es justamente apoyar a los pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina a prepararse para regulaciones como el EUDR\u201d. \u201cChile est\u00e1 dando un paso importante y esperamos seguir acompa\u00f1ando este proceso con acciones concretas\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el evento, se anunci\u00f3 la continuidad de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre el programa AL-INVEST Verde y Odepa &nbsp;&nbsp;para fortalecer capacidades institucionales y privadas frente al EUDR. El estudio fue desarrollado a partir de entrevistas a actores relevantes de los sectores examinados, junto con un an\u00e1lisis de la normativa nacional vigente y una evaluaci\u00f3n de los est\u00e1ndares de trazabilidad, legalidad y georreferenciaci\u00f3n exigidos por el Reglamento Europeo de Productos Libres de Deforestaci\u00f3n (EUDR).
