En el marco de esta apoyo, se analizaron las debilidades del marco legal actual, se plantearon iniciativas para su actualizaci\u00f3n y se establecieron lineamientos estrat\u00e9gicos orientados a la implementaci\u00f3n de una nueva normativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta reforma busca asegurar procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n de dise\u00f1os m\u00e1s claros, consistentes y rigurosos en Paraguay, al tiempo que ofrece una protecci\u00f3n justa a los titulares y estimula el desarrollo creativo y la innovaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El informe elaborado ser\u00e1 el insumo principal para que las autoridades paraguayas desarrollen un proyecto de ley sobre dise\u00f1os. Este avance representa un hito significativo en el fortalecimiento del r\u00e9gimen de propiedad intelectual del pa\u00eds, especialmente en lo relativo a los dise\u00f1os industriales, y en su convergencia con est\u00e1ndares internacionales y europeos.
