Perteneciente al Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico Mixto de Sostenibilidad del Sistema Nacional de Competitividad e Innovaci\u00f3n colombiano, la MESAM cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n del sector p\u00fablico y el acompa\u00f1amiento del sector privado.<\/p>\n<p>La misi\u00f3n de esta mesa es <strong>gestionar las acciones de la Hoja de Ruta Pacto Verde<\/strong>, que guiar\u00e1 el proceso para realizar los ajustes a la normativa colombiana que permitan cumplir con los requerimientos del Pacto Verde Europeo (PVE). Para ello, en su composici\u00f3n, destacan Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica y los ministerios colombianos de Ambiente, Agricultura, Comercio, Ciencias, Energ\u00eda, Salud, Interior y Relaciones Exteriores.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n de instalaci\u00f3n, participaron representantes de estas instituciones, as\u00ed como del sector privado. Adem\u00e1s, se invit\u00f3 al programa AL-INVEST Verde, que presta asistencia t\u00e9cnica al sector p\u00fablico latinoamericano en materia de sostenibilidad para impulsar los flujos de intercambios comerciales entre la Uni\u00f3n Europea y Am\u00e9rica Latina, ajustados a los reglamentos y normas europeas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Articular estrategias entre el sector p\u00fablico y el privado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n, tomaron parte Lorena Aristizabal, coordinadora de Competitividad; Adriana Vargas, consultora responsable de la Hoja de Ruta Pacto Verde, y Emilio Calvo, director del Componente 2 de AL-INVEST Verde.<\/p>\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, Lorena Aristizabal confirm\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s de Colombia por adaptar la normativa a los lineamientos del PVE, en particular frente a la estrategia \u201cDe la Granja a la Mesa\u201d, lo que aumentar\u00eda la productividad y competitividad del pa\u00eds \u201ccon efecto en las principales <strong>exportaciones colombianas con destino a la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la mesa pretende ser un espacio donde el sector p\u00fablico y el privado puedan articular estrategias para <strong>atender los requerimientos en materia de sostenibilidad, derechos humanos y de las comunidades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Adriana Vargas present\u00f3 recomendaciones relacionadas con las acciones a corto, mediano y largo plazo que se recogen en la hoja de ruta, as\u00ed como el procedimiento para validarlas a trav\u00e9s de la MESAM. Esta hoja de ruta busca la coordinaci\u00f3n de las instituciones nacionales cuyas competencias resultan relevantes en la puesta en marcha de acciones conjuntas que atiendan los lineamientos del PVE.
