SUMMARY:Participación en Seminario Regional sobre Propiedad Intelectual para Jueces de América Latina
DESCRIPTION:\nEl Componente 3 de AL-INVEST Verde para derechos de propiedad intelectual y la Oficina de Propiedad Intelectual de la Unión Europea (EUIPO) participarán parte del Seminario Regional sobre Propiedad Intelectual para Jueces de América Latina.\n\n\n\nEl seminario está organizado por la Oficina Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI), la Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM) y la Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID), en colaboración con el Consejo General del Poder Judicial de España (CGPJ).\n\n\n\nEl principal objetivo del seminario es mejorar el conocimiento y la cooperación entre jueces y fiscales en cuestiones de PI en procedimientos que involucran a la policía, las aduanas y otras autoridades encargadas de la aplicación de la PI.\n\n\n\nLa participación de AL-INVEST Verde DPI incluirá la asistencia del líder del proyecto, así como de un experto de las Salas de Recurso (BoA) de la Oficina de Propiedad Intelectual de la Unión Europea (EUIPO). En particular, se centrarán en el módulo sobre diseños industriales, donde se debatirán la naturaleza y el alcance de los diseños, el ámbito de protección, los diseños registrables y no registrables, los derechos derivados de la protección y sus límites y excepciones, así como las últimas novedades en el ámbito del diseño.\n
