Estiveram presentes representantes das cadeias de abastecimento da carne de bovino, do couro e da soja, bem como institui\u00e7\u00f5es e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es interessadas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a presen\u00e7a de <strong>Gianandrea Rossi<\/strong>O evento contou com a presen\u00e7a do Sr. Marcelo Mart\u00edn Giusto, Diretor Executivo do IILA, que deu as boas-vindas aos participantes e sublinhou a import\u00e2ncia do di\u00e1logo e do interc\u00e2mbio entre a Europa e a Am\u00e9rica Latina; do Sr. Marcelo Mart\u00edn Giusto, Embaixador da Argentina em It\u00e1lia, e da Sra. Mar\u00eda Madrid, da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral do Ambiente da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante a sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, <strong>Marcelo Mart\u00edn Giusto<\/strong> explicou que o VISEC permitir\u00e1 \u00e0 Argentina cumprir os novos regulamentos da UE, tais como <a href=\"https:\/\/alinvest-verde.eu\/pt_pt_ao90\/reglamentos-de-cadenas-de-suministro-libres-de-deforestacion\/\">Regulamento sobre cadeias de abastecimento sem desfloresta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> (EUDR), e salientou que se trata de \"uma resposta concreta, eficaz e pioneira\". \"Permitir-nos-\u00e1 apresentar de forma fi\u00e1vel dois dos nossos produtos estrela, como a soja e a carne de bovino\", afirmou.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por seu lado, <strong>Mar\u00eda Madrid<\/strong> salientou o empenhamento da UE na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do EUDR e referiu a necessidade de manter um di\u00e1logo aberto com todas as partes para ajudar na sua implementa\u00e7\u00e3o. A este respeito, salientou que o VISEC \"representa um instrumento essencial\" e \"um exemplo para o desenvolvimento de sistemas de rastreabilidade\".<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ap\u00f3s estas interven\u00e7\u00f5es, <strong>Gustavo Id\u00edgoras<\/strong>O presidente da CIARA (C\u00e1mara de la Industria Aceitera de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina) e do CEC (Centro Exportador de Cereales) e respons\u00e1vel pela VISEC, disse que esta plataforma tem como objetivo \"ser um sistema digital \u00fanico para muitos produtos\". Explicou que ser\u00e3o formados cerca de 20.000 utilizadores na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema VISEC e sublinhou que, embora se inicie com a an\u00e1lise de soja e gado bovino, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel alargar posteriormente a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o a outros produtos \"em resposta a outras necessidades que possam surgir nos pr\u00f3ximos anos\".<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O evento foi encerrado pelo Coronel <strong>Giancarlo Papitto<\/strong>O Comando da Unidade Florestas, Ambiente e Agro-Alimentar dos Carabinieri, que explicou o trabalho que desenvolve para garantir um com\u00e9rcio livre de desfloresta\u00e7\u00e3o e, por conseguinte, o cumprimento da EUDR, afirmou: \"Trabalhamos desde as fases iniciais em conjunto com os pa\u00edses para reduzir os riscos. \"Trabalhamos desde as fases iniciais em conjunto com os pa\u00edses para reduzir os riscos\", sublinhou.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sobre o AL-INVEST Verde<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O AL-INVEST Verde \u00e9 um programa financiado pela Uni\u00e3o Europeia (UE). O seu principal objetivo \u00e9 promover o crescimento sustent\u00e1vel e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego na Am\u00e9rica Latina, apoiando a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para uma economia de baixo carbono, eficiente em termos de recursos e mais circular. Atrav\u00e9s da Componente 2, liderada pelo FIIAPP em cons\u00f3rcio com o IILA, o programa presta assist\u00eancia ao refor\u00e7o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e dos di\u00e1logos entre as
