O ciclo foi organizado pela Iniciativa Espanhola de Empresas e Biodiversidade (IEEB), juntamente com a Subdire\u00e7\u00e3o Geral de Pol\u00edtica Florestal e Combate \u00e0 Desertifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio da Transi\u00e7\u00e3o Ecol\u00f3gica e do Desafio Demogr\u00e1fico, com o apoio do AL-INVEST Verde e a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto Europeu de Florestas (EFI).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com o t\u00edtulo <strong>\"Regulamento EUDR, quest\u00f5es fundamentais para as empresas regulamentadas\".<\/strong>O primeiro workshop contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de Sonia Casta\u00f1eda, Directora Adjunta para a Transi\u00e7\u00e3o Verde da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Biodiversidade do Minist\u00e9rio para a Transi\u00e7\u00e3o Ecol\u00f3gica e o Desafio Demogr\u00e1fico; Emilio Calvo, Diretor da Componente 2 AL-INVEST Verde; e Marta Angoloti, Chefe da \u00c1rea da Madeira da Subdire\u00e7\u00e3o Geral de Pol\u00edtica Florestal e Combate \u00e0 Desertifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio para a Transi\u00e7\u00e3o Ecol\u00f3gica e o Desafio Demogr\u00e1fico (MITECO).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jos\u00e9 J. Brotons e Paloma Torroba, da \u00c1rea de Madeiras da Subdire\u00e7\u00e3o Geral de Pol\u00edtica Florestal e Combate \u00e0 Desertifica\u00e7\u00e3o do MITECO, tamb\u00e9m participaram neste workshop.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante o segundo workshop, que se centrou em <strong>\"Recursos para a devida dilig\u00eancia: geolocaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e rastreabilidade\".<\/strong>O AL-INVEST Verde apresentou algumas das ac\u00e7\u00f5es que apoia na Am\u00e9rica Latina para facilitar o cumprimento do EUDR. Participaram C\u00e9sar Ricardo Santisteban P\u00e9rez, Diretor-Geral de Acompanhamento e Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Pol\u00edticas do Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento Agr\u00e1rio e Irriga\u00e7\u00e3o do Peru (MIDAGRI), e Gustavo Idigoras, Presidente da CIARA-CEC (C\u00e1mara de la Industria Aceitera Argentina y Centro de Exportadores de Cereales), que apresentou a plataforma VISEC.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O ciclo contou ainda com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios peritos da EFI, uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o reconhecida pela sua experi\u00eancia no apoio \u00e0 adapta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 EUDR nos pa\u00edses produtores. Em representa\u00e7\u00e3o da EFI estiveram Thomas Sembres, perito em governa\u00e7\u00e3o do uso da terra, que fez uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o sobre \"Recursos para a devida dilig\u00eancia: geolocaliza\u00e7\u00e3o\", e Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Baron, perito em cadeias de valor sem desfloresta\u00e7\u00e3o, e Josil Murray, perito em governa\u00e7\u00e3o do uso da terra, que co-apresentaram a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o \"Recursos para a devida dilig\u00eancia: rastreabilidade\".<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O ciclo foi conclu\u00eddo com o workshop <strong>\"Recursos para a dilig\u00eancia devida: n\u00e3o desfloresta\u00e7\u00e3o e legalidade\".<\/strong>Blanca Bonilla, respons\u00e1vel pela \u00e1rea de Economia Verde e Emprego da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o para a Biodiversidade, esteve presente. O seu principal objetivo \u00e9 promover o crescimento sustent\u00e1vel e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego na Am\u00e9rica Latina, apoiando a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para uma economia de baixo carbono, eficiente em termos de recursos e mais circular.
