Desta forma, espera contribuir para a <strong>preserva\u00e7\u00e3o das florestas<\/strong> e impulsionar o desenvolvimento econ\u00f3mico territorial.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atualmente, as florestas nativas do Uruguai abrigam uma alta porcentagem de flora e fauna, al\u00e9m de fornecerem produtos madeireiros e n\u00e3o madeireiros. No entanto, enfrentam factores de degrada\u00e7\u00e3o causados pela expans\u00e3o agr\u00edcola e pela prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o de esp\u00e9cies ex\u00f3ticas invasoras.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A assist\u00eancia t\u00e9cnica prestada pelo AL-INVEST Verde atrav\u00e9s de<a href=\"http:\/\/www.idaf.es\/\"> IDAF<\/a> (Centro de Investigaciones Aplicadas al Desarrollo Agroflorestal), tem como objetivo apoiar o <strong>conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da biodiversidade<\/strong> y <strong>garantir processos de extra\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos sustent\u00e1veis e respons\u00e1veis<\/strong>. Para o efeito, colaboraremos com a DGF, respons\u00e1vel pela conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da floresta aut\u00f3ctone no Uruguai.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Diagn\u00f3stico e estudo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No \u00e2mbito da assist\u00eancia t\u00e9cnica, foi realizado um <strong>diagn\u00f3stico da zona costeira<\/strong> do Uruguai e o <strong>carateriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos actores territoriais e das cadeias de valor produtivas<\/strong> agro-exporta\u00e7\u00f5es. Para al\u00e9m disso, ser\u00e3o estudados os seguintes aspectos <strong>experi\u00eancias de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e sistemas de incentivos na Am\u00e9rica Latina e na Uni\u00e3o Europeia e ser\u00e1 organizado <strong>semin\u00e1rios com v\u00e1rios intervenientes <\/strong>partilhar boas pr\u00e1ticas e trocar ideias nos territ\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas nas ac\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores ser\u00e3o utilizadas para definir um <strong>proposta de um sistema de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o e de incentivo<\/strong> para as cadeias de valor agro-exportadoras identificadas na zona costeira, bem como o roteiro para a sua implementa\u00e7\u00e3o no pa\u00eds (estrutura, funcionamento e acredita\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/p>\n<p>*Foto. <a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/es\/@mai_pocket\">Mai Rodriguez<\/a>, Unsplash.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sobre o AL-INVEST Verde<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AL-INVEST Verde \u00e9 um programa da Uni\u00e3o Europeia (UE) cujo principal objectivo \u00e9 promover o crescimento sustent\u00e1vel e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego na Am\u00e9rica Latina, apoiando a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para uma economia de baixo carbono, eficiente em termos de recursos e mais circular.
