A primeira mesa redonda teve lugar a 18 de Abril, sobre \".<a href=\"https:\/\/alinvest-verde.eu\/pt_pt_ao90\/intercambio-de-experiencias-sobre-sostenibilidad-en-la-cadena-de-valor-del-cafe\/\">Programas e instrumentos de apoio \u00e0 sustentabilidade da cadeia de valor do caf\u00e9<\/a>\".<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante a reuni\u00e3o, o <a href=\"https:\/\/alinvest-verde.eu\/pt_pt_ao90\/reglamentos-de-cadenas-de-suministro-libres-de-deforestacion\/\">Regulamento da Uni\u00e3o Europeia sobre cadeias de abastecimento sem desfloresta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> e agrupados <strong>melhores pr\u00e1ticas internacionais<\/strong> na rastreabilidade para garantir a sustentabilidade do processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A mesa redonda foi aberta por Emanuele Pitto, representante da Direc\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral do Ambiente da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, que falou sobre o referido regulamento europeu. Explicou que se prev\u00ea a sua entrada em vigor no final de 2023, embora seja aplicado progressivamente a grandes e pequenas empresas. A sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o implicar\u00e1 medidas concretas cujo objectivo, disse, ser\u00e1 \"reduzir a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o da Uni\u00e3o Europeia para a desfloresta\u00e7\u00e3o e a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o florestal a n\u00edvel mundial\".<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seguiram-se Bernardino Cangussu, Director da Direc\u00e7\u00e3o de Apoio do DETEC\/EMATER de Minas Gerais (Brasil); Felipe Nunes, da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais e do Centro de Intelig\u00eancia Territorial; Claudio Marconi, perito em rastreabilidade e consultor da UE para o Minist\u00e9rio da Agricultura e Pecu\u00e1ria do Equador; C\u00e9sar Santisteban, Director da Direc\u00e7\u00e3o de Estat\u00edstica e Informa\u00e7\u00e3o Agr\u00e1ria (DEIA) do Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento Agr\u00e1rio e Irriga\u00e7\u00e3o do Peru. Tamb\u00e9m estava presente Wolfgang Weinmann, coordenador da For\u00e7a-Tarefa P\u00fablico-Privada do Caf\u00e9 da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional do Caf\u00e9 (OIC). O moderador foi Andrea Carlo Monaco, Gestor S\u00e9nior do Programa da Componente 2 do AL-INVEST Verde.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sobre o AL-INVEST Verde<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O AL-INVEST Verde \u00e9 um programa financiado pela Uni\u00e3o Europeia (UE). O seu principal objectivo \u00e9 promover o crescimento sustent\u00e1vel e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego na Am\u00e9rica Latina, apoiando a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para uma economia de baixo carbono, eficiente em termos de recursos e mais circular. Atrav\u00e9s da Componente 2, liderada por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiiapp.org\/\">FIIAPP<\/a> em cons\u00f3rcio com <a href=\"https:\/\/iila.org\/es\/\">IILA<\/a>O programa presta assist\u00eancia ao refor\u00e7o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e dos di\u00e1logos entre as v\u00e1rias partes interessadas em mat\u00e9ria de agricultura sustent\u00e1vel e cadeias de valor, normas ambientais e
