Women promoting the growth of MSMEs

The private sector support component, Component 1, has been working on the implementation of sustainable practices through the execution of 66 projects in Latin America, achieving a tangible transformation in the agricultural and industrial sectors. One of the challenges related to women's economic autonomy is linked to the marketing of their products and services. This report identifies good practices for Uruguayan agro-exporting companies to design lines of action, eliminate discriminatory practices, develop actions for the professional promotion of their employees and design strategies for monitoring and evaluating gender equality and equity indicators in their businesses.
