SEMINAR ON THE GOVERNANCE OF GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATIONS FOR CRAFT PRODUCTS
The activity consists of two parts: 1) an awareness-raising seminar on the importance of intellectual property governance (including geographical indications, GIs), and 2) a working group meeting to discuss the creation of information tools on geographical indications. The objective is to approach best practices in the EU and Latin America in the field of GIs for handicrafts and industrial products and to exchange knowledge between stakeholders.

SEMINAR FOR JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENTS
This seminar has a twofold objective. Firstly, to build networks between intellectual property rights (IPR) stakeholders such as judges, prosecutors and customs in order to strengthen IPR-specific knowledge in courts. Secondly, to analyse IPR infringements through the exchange of best practices.
