Recent EU IP policies, including the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market, set the tone for global IP regulations. The forum invites experts to discuss how disruptive technologies affect the production, distribution and monetisation of content in sectors such as music, audiovisual, publishing and video games.

A central theme is the relationship between AI and intellectual property rights, including the challenges and opportunities posed by AI-generated content such as ChatGPT and DALL-E 2. The forum is aimed at creators, policy makers, legislators, judges and legal practitioners involved in intellectual property law.
