Fifth Expert Meeting of the Virtual Community with IPOs from MERCOSUR and Chile: Empowering IP Offices: Making use of EUIPO tools to improve trademark management

The overall objective of this series of activities is to establish virtual community groups that allow IP offices from MERCOSUR countries, Chile and the European Union to meet on a regular basis, exchange best practices and jointly develop innovative and user-oriented IP solutions. Through continuous collaboration and exchange of expertise, the series promotes a best practice approach among participating offices, leading to more robust and harmonised approaches to patent, trademark and design management.

This specific technical workshop addresses the advantages and functionalities of the EUIPO's flagship tool for trade mark management, TMviewin order to fully exploit its potential. In addition, it aims to open a space for dialogue in which the IP offices of MERCOSUR and Chile can share their own experiences in the use of the EUIPO's flagship tools.
