Certification of agro-exportable products from native forest land
Action in collaboration with the Directorate General of Forestry (DGF) of the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries (MGAP) of Uruguay. Its objective is to support public authorities in the certification of agro-exportable products produced under sustainable management of native forests. To this end, a proposal will be made for the development of a national public certification system that adds value to the chains, conserves and revalues the native forest.
Study and promotion of the gender perspective in the agro-export sector
Action in collaboration with the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries of Uruguay. Its objective is to support public authorities in the implementation of activities that contribute to the objectives of the National Plan for Gender in Agricultural Policies (PNG Agro). To this end, opportunities for improving employment conditions and exporting products to the European Union with a gender perspective will be analysed.
