The objective of the project is to support MSMEs in the Buenos Aires region in the development of voluntary actions for Climate Change mitigation that can contribute to the Provincial Response Plan of the National Climate Change Action and Mitigation Plan.
Specific objectives:
- Capacity building within Argentinean MSMEs as well as within the participating business organisations on sustainability, circular economy and green services.
- To assist companies from different industrial sectors in the province of Buenos Aires in the development and implementation of climate change mitigation actions: carbon footprint measurement, energy efficiency, optimisation and reduction of non-renewable natural resources, good circular economy practices and generation of green jobs, among others.
- To provide the necessary tools for MSMEs to carry out their projects through business meetings, access to financing, among others.
