SEMINAR ON THE GOVERNANCE OF GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATIONS FOR CRAFT PRODUCTS
The activity consists of an awareness-raising seminar on the importance of governance of geographical indications and industrial products. The event, co-organised by AL-INVEST Verde DPI, SEBRAE, INPI Brazil and INPI France, aims to share best practices and knowledge between EU and Latin American countries. Collaboration and exchange of good practices will be encouraged.
SEMINAR FOR JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENTS
This seminar has a twofold objective. Firstly, to build networks between intellectual property rights (IPR) stakeholders, such as judges, prosecutors and customs, in order to strengthen IPR-specific knowledge in courts. Secondly, to analyse IPR infringements through the exchange of best practices.
