Presentation of key results in Uruguay

This meeting aims to showcase the main results achieved in Uruguay as part of Component 3 for intellectual property rights related to:

  1. Support to the approximation of practices in MERCOSUR Countries (I) Support to the modernisation of Guidelines and Approximation of Practices: Updating of the Uruguayan Trademark Guidelines
  2. Development of a Technology Transfer (TT) / Intellectual Property Professional Certification as part of the Competence Development Strategy for Universities, Research Centres and SMEs in IP Management.
  3. Development of a compendium of IPR jurisprudence
