Webinar on design protection in the digital age Good practices from the EU and Brazil
The webinar is organised in collaboration with the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) to reinforce and highlight the importance of design protection in the creative industries, building on the expertise of EUIPO and INPI Brazil on legal frameworks, enforcement and best practices in the sector. The webinar will address EU design best practices, supporting the adoption and management of IP in the creative sectors while fostering collaboration between IP institutions and academia to enhance innovation and economic value.
