INSPIRA

Sustainable Coffee for International Markets

INSPIRA strengthens the sustainability and competitiveness of small and medium-sized coffee-producing enterprises in Ecuador, supporting them in adopting sustainable production practices, traceability systems and deforestation-free production approaches. The project responds to the growing demand from international markets, particularly the European Union, for products that meet environmental and sustainability standards, helping businesses to be better prepared to enter and remain in these markets.

Through training, technical assistance and awareness-raising activities, the initiative promotes the adoption of responsible practices throughout the coffee value chain. It also promotes greater transparency, strengthens companies’ capacity to meet international requirements and fosters more sustainable, resilient and competitive production models for the Ecuadorian coffee sector.
