Integral Sustainability Programme for Argentine Wine
Sustenta-Vitis enhances the Argentine Wine promotion strategy through various initiatives associated with social, environmental and economic sustainability. This programme is developed in collaboration with Interco Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
The project aims to benefit 500 wine producers. Aligned with WOFA's institutional vision of fostering a sustainable, diverse and inclusive viticulture, this project involves several lines of action. The implementation of these actions will have a positive impact on wineries across the country, contributing to a greater integration of sustainability as one of the defining characteristics of Argentine Wine.
WOFA has been implementing various lines of action in order to meet the objectives of this project:
- WOFA Sustenta: Providing assistance and support to implement improvements in the production phases of wineries and achieve certifications.
- WOFA Recupera: Accompany wineries in the recovery of waste and establish inter-institutional agreements.
- WOFA Concientiza: Implement good practice dissemination programmes and communication campaigns.
- WOFA Innova: Innovation competition and promotion of inter-institutional and inter-company cooperation.
