13 May 2024 - The official launch of the first phase of AL-INVmentor took place in Paraguay and Brazil, marking the start of an innovative mentoring programme driven by AL-INVEST Verde Component 3 for intellectual property rights. This first phase of the first edition of the programme consists of six mentorships in MERCOSUR countries.

The AL-INVmentor Paraguay mentoring programme seeks to promote knowledge on intellectual property instruments, through specialised mentoring with DINAPI technicians.

This initiative is the first in a series of mentoring programmes aimed at promoting the use and development of IPR (intellectual property rights), with a particular focus on geographical indications (GIs) and trademarks.
