São Paulo, 7 October 2025 - The second day of the closing event of Component 3 on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the European Union's AL-INVEST Verde programme put a strong emphasis on strengthening cooperation between Latin American and European judges and law enforcement authorities in the field of intellectual property rights.

São Paulo, 6 October 2025 - The first day of the high-level closing event "Pathways and Future: Innovation, Sustainability and Intellectual Property" marked the culmination of more than three years of work under Component 3 - Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the European Union's AL-INVEST Verde programme. The conference, co-organised by

Component 3 for Intellectual Property Rights, implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), announced the publication of the study "The Economic Contribution of Intellectual Property Rights Intensive Industries in Argentina", covering the period 2019-2024. This analysis is an update of the previous report on IP-intensive industries in Argentina.

  On 4 September 2025, the winners of the first edition of the Ingenias LATAM Award, an initiative of Component 3 for Intellectual Property Rights implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), were announced. The emotionally charged ceremony was held at the headquarters of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
