Component 1 of the AL-INVEST Verde programme was represented at the LAC-EU Business Forum, which took place within the framework of the 2025 EU-CELAC Summit, through the participation of its beneficiary SMEs. These SMEs from the food and industry sectors were selected to attend this high-level event due to their commitment to the programme.
Representatives of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and of the states that have joined the socio-environmental traceability platform SeloVerde, supported by AL-INVEST Verde, presented their experience in the implementation of this tool, during the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP30, which is being held in Belém do Pará, Brazil, from the 10th to the 30th of October.
From 3 to 7 November, AL-INVEST Verde participated in the Altamira Summit held in Altamira, in the Brazilian state of Pará.
