The long-term purpose in which our project is framed "Triple Impact Seal for Argentinean agricultural and forestry production". is that all integrated production in agriculture, livestock and forestry in Argentina should be verified in terms of its environmental performance from the level of the production unit. This seal should be a national tool that contributes to global agri-food security. It should support compliance with international requirements and regulations, particularly European ones. It should enable the verification of carbon credits and, in the future, the sale of these credits in the corresponding markets. To this end, through the project we will provide continuity and scale up the pilot stage of the development of the Seal, which has already reached 45 companies, to 380 MSMEs.

In this Project we adopted an intervention logic of three result areas Digital Environmental Monitoring, Reporting and Verification System culminating in the Triple Impact Label; Best Practice and Innovation and Outcome Assistance Service; Supporting Green Finance with Social Impact and Promoting Green Jobs The results of our pilot phase have revealed that in integrated production units, the synergy between the different activities (agriculture, livestock, forestry) determines the capacity for CO2 capture, neutrality and verifiable positive balances. Therefore, prior to any improvement action, it is essential that the production units, whose emission/capture equations vary according to the combination of activities or individual "production model", identify, measure, report and verify all their own information and their impacts, in line with the standards and regulations in force.

The final beneficiaries are Argentina's MSMEs in integrated agricultural and forestry production. Of the 200,000 agricultural production establishments, 56% are MSMEs.
