The project aims to contribute to the sustainability of rural enterprises by promoting good agricultural practices through the development of innovative business lines for European gastronomy.
The foodtech are companies and initiatives that leverage technologies such as big data or artificial intelligence to transform the agri-food industry into a more modern, sustainable and efficient sector at all stages, from food processing to distribution and consumption.
The project proposes the development of a model foodtech sustainable internationalisation of small Colombian agricultural units for the European market.
